Does the drop box location should be the same where we gave our previous H1B stamping?

HI Team,

I gave my First H1B visa interview in 2016 , Hyderabad consulate. and its expired in Aug,2019. Since I’m eligible for the drop-box for my second H1B visa stamping. Do I need to go to the same HYD consulate or can pick consulate as well?
its quite hard to get a visa slot for HYD location and I need to travel in Feb.

I have same situation but I booked appointment in Mumbai VAC and I am from Hyderabad. I have scheduled in March. It is not necessary that we should go to only Hyderabad and we can choose any of VAC in india. Btw my first visa stamping done at Hyderabad
