Does primary h1b visa stamp(renewal) copy is required for H4 visa interview

if you come across the same situation , please share your thought , appreciated your help in advance!
Primary applicant : my visa got expired and got an I-797 with extension till 2025 and got an appointment for visa(drop box) interview on 05/11 for chennai india.

applying for dependent visa(spouse and children) first time ,got an appointment in new delhi 05/15 and 05/16

for dependent visa interview/stamping do we need to carry primary applicant visa stamp copy is required( due to primary applicant visa stamping in-progress )?

If H4 are applying separately then yes the primary H1B copy of visa is required if primary H1B is outside of the US.
