I got my H1B visa in Nov 2007, since then I have never visited back to my home country.
I have transfere my H1B to another company in Jan 2009.
Then my current company filed GC application which is approved and now I am waiting for my priority date.
I have extented my H1B which is vaild till 2015.
Now if I want to visit my home country and come back to US I have to go for visa stamping as my previous visa stampe has expired.
Does my visa stampe count towards the H1B cap?
Is there any chances fo visa denial?
What documents I need to keep in addition to the one that are required by US consulate?
Any help is grately appriciated.
