Does Extension also Imp along with Amendment

Hi All,

While filing Amendment, Does extension also come into picture. ex: I have extension till 2018 and moving to new location, as per process Amendment filled, as per employer they say they filed Amed+Extn! it is confusing!! Any suggestion?

Yes, they can file both. When the amendment is approved, it will be approved for an extended term and not until 2018 (current term).

Thanks Saurabh, But I have already got the extension till 2018 in Dec-15. still would they need to file extn?

It may not be required, but it is an option available, which they availed.
