I am working on H1b since June 2012. My employer is ready to file my GC and we started all process. Now My HR said as per USCIS we can not count your current work experience so you are not eligible for GC. If we not count my current employer experience, still I have 5 years of previous experience but all those are really basic. I really wanted to count my current experience.
Please reply with best options I have now. I am really confused right now what to do. I still have 3 1/2 year left with H1b extension. FYI I am working in Mechanical field.
