Does cap exempt petitions are given less considerations than the current cap petitions ? Or is there any difference in the adjudication order for the cap exempt and cap petitions ? Or in the order it is picked up from RFE RR
I’m seeing (from blogs) a lot of cap counted petitions which got adjudicated already which have RFERR date later than mine. I’m still waiting after my RFERR status. ( Today is my 52nd day)
