Does any company sponsor for diploma holders?

Hello

I have done diploma in comp. engg. I don’t do any type of job from when I completed diploma. I am a fresher n having no experience.but I have potential to do work with more enthusiasm. Can any certified company sponsor diploma holders? If u have any info then plz share.

Diploma and degree have no differentiation in US job market. What is important is pre-requisite. If your diploma required 12 years school, that is good. If your diploma required 10+2+3 of education - even better. It all goes case by case. Number of years in studies is more important than degree versus diploma.
