   does 10 th passing certificate work for birth proof???? if visa officer ask for birth certificate does 10th passing certificate sufficient for it if not then ?please reply.

Any Govt Proof will work… PAN or AADHAR or any wil do

Yes, Government of India defines 10th class certificate as proof of birth. This must be respected and accepted by all foreign embassies as the final ruling on your date of birth.
