Documents submission for 221g - Directly by Employer?

Hello,

I have been waiting since feb on 221g yellow slip.

I was asked to submit employment documents including client letter, contract, Purchase order etc. marked under “FROM YOUR PETITIONER” in the slip.

My employer emailed the documents, did not cc me.

Is it okay if the employer emails the documents to the US consulate (in my case, mumbai798@…).

Please let me know soon.

Well, if they have mailed the mentioned documents, it should be fine. They need to indicate the case info when they mailed and attach the copy of the slip, not sure, if they have done it. Otherwise, it may get lost.
You need to check with the consulate on this.
