Hello, This is Ravi holding H1B (7th Year). I just got my PERM certified but I-140 not applied yet. I am not exactly sure about documents that needs to be submitted regarding PERM for H4 EAD for my spouse. Greatly appreciated if any one can throw some light. Thank you.
