I and my wife and my kids are Applying H1B and H4 respectively. Can you please let me know once my petition is approved, how many days to get my H4 processed? And for H4 visa, what are the documents required? My passport has my wife name included but in her passport my name is not included. I have my marriage certificate issued from my church where our marriage was solemnized.
