My mom whose an applicant her DOB is wrong in passport but correct in birth certificate with also matching with nvc records so wanted how can we proceed with filling the forms shall we mentioned the right DOB will it be a problem? we have tried a lot to rectify this through obtaining a court order but still indian authorities refuses to change it pls reply
Birth certificate and NVC records supersede any passport entry. There is no need to correct this data on passport.

Sir you mean its ok we can fill the forms according DOB and there wont be any refusal from nvc? as Im worried they might reject due to wrong DOB in pp.
