On this March 22, my Attorney filed the LCA for me. She said, my LCA would take 7 days. Do you think she will be able to apply for me on this April 1 ? what’s the procedure to file the petition ? Is it a mailing process or online form fill up ?? Please help me.
It is a mailing process and i think she should be just in time.
