Do we have still hope for H1B reciept number for Normal Processing case?

I have not recieved the reciept notice still. Do we have still hope for H1B reciept number for Normal Processing case?. In an earlier answer by Saurabh says that we can wait 2-3 weeks. But there was another answer by a person “H1b Scotland” and he says that they called to USCIS and USCIS told that almost they have sent recipt notices for all the selected candidates in lottery…

Please answer some one if you have correct and right info from USCIS… Or Will USCIS give any alert that “we have send all the receipt notices to those who selected in lottery” ?

Please help us to come out of this sleep less nights?

Even if they have completed all the entry, the receipt may still be in transit. My response for 2-3 weeks was based on postal delays.
