My I140 is approved and my employer applied for H1 extension and then 2 amendments as the projects changed. USCIS issued RFEs on all 3. My question is does only third party get RFEs or prime vendors do too? Please guide. Will the situation improve if I join prime vendor?
Until recently, prime vendors have received less RFEs (1 in 100 for prime compared to 20 in 100 for third party) but with the change in government, that may no longer be the case
