At present, I am on dependent visa which is H4 and planning to do online M.S program. Am I eligible for applying H1 visa under student category once I complete online M.S program ? Please share thoughts.
Well, online programs are very tricky and many of them do not qualify…You will need to check with the school you plan to study and then take a decision. Personally, I would stay away from online programs, unless you do not have a choice…
