My previous employer sponsored H1B visa for me and received approval from USCIS. But even before October 1, I joined new company. This new company had already transferred my H1B and also received approval. Now I am going to schedule H1B visa interview sometime in Jan'14. I just wanted to know if I need to carry I797A and I129 from my previous employer with me for interview? I do not have those documents and I dont think my previous employer will provide me those documents. All I have is scanned copy of I797A sent by my previous employer.
BTW my current employer has provided me with all the required documents. Please advise. Thanks!
