Do I require a COS from F1 to H1b

Hi There,

I am on F1 visa and have applied for H1b this year’s quota. I was wondering if H1b comes through do I need to apply for COS from f1 to H1b to allow me to work from OCt 1st, 2014?

U need to vist any country and go for stamping and come back US…

or U can also file COS
