Do I qualify for dropbox stamping?

Hi,

I have a stamped H1B visa on passport valid till Sep-2016 for Employer-A. This visa is revoked 3 months after I quit the company.

I am now working in US for Employer-B (through consultancy) with an approved petition (I-797A, valid till Feb-2018).

I am visiting India (Chennai) next month (August) and I want to stamp my new Visa.

When I tried to book appointment, the website says ‘You qualify for the “Drop Box” Interview Waiver Program’.

Am I eligible for Drop Box? If yes, is there any possibility of rejection?

You qualify for drop-box. If there is any challenge, you will be directed to traditional route. No harm or penalty in trying if the site says you qualify.
