I have visa valid till 30 sept, now i need to raise a new amendment but that can only be done if i have valid visa.
Can i raise it under cap expempt application.
What is the process
Is cap expemt also falling under lottery.
I still have 4 years pending to use on my h1b visa
Cap exempt means your application is exempt from Lottery. Is your Visa valid only till Sep 30, 2017? If yes, you will have to file an extension first. Then along with extension you may can file amendment if there is change in project/location, employment terms.
