Hello There ,
I am currently in USA on l1 visa - My visa and I - 94 both are expiring on 23rd of September 2012 -
I have applied for H1b (2013) - I have got the receipth number and if I get the H1b Approved - Do i need to go back to india to maintain work status and then again come back after 1st OCtober- or i can continue working in USA - and no need of going to India -
The only time i need to go will it depend on me ?
