So, I have my AOS interview for marriage based green card scheduled for March 2nd. Does anyone out here know if I need to fill form I944? I am not sure how the process works since the form is in affect starting Feb 24th, 2020
You may not need to do it now. If needed, the Interviewer will ask. It usually is filed along with I-485…As you have already filed it before Feb 24th, you should be fine. But, be prepared to submit it, if asked after interview…Do update here as well for community benefit after your interview.
