Do I need my MCA Convocation certificate at the time of H1b visa stamping interview? I have provisional and all my marks memo. same thing with my BCA degree.

Ideally you should have your degree certificate with you. In most cases visa officers don’t ask for degree but if he does ask you can explain that you have your mark sheets and the degree has not been delivered by the university. That will suffice but again, depends on officer to officer.
