Do i need a new stamp on for cap exempt h1b petition ?

I have a valid visa stamp on passport till 2015.

However, I got laid off from employer and returned back to the home country. Now there is another employer who would like to file Cap Exempt H1b petition for me ?

Would it be possible to travel on old visa stamp and new H1b petition. or should i go for a new h1b stamping interview ?

Usually, you can travel on old visa stamp and new petition. However, some employers prefer that you go for stamping again so that visa stamp bears their name. Check w/ your employer/attorney.
