Do I Need a New Biometric after 221g?

Hi,

I received a 221g and now I am trying to get an appointment again with the same DS-160 for a different consulate. Do I need to submit a new Bio metrics ?

Is it for travel ban or something else?

Its not a good idea to submit another DS160 when your case is pending 221g. Talk to your immigration lawyer before attempting to do this.

No, not another DS-160 but just the Biometrics. Are they needed for a new appointment ?
