Do Employer sends all the documents after selected in H1b Lottery or before?

Hi All,

Do employer sends all the documents regarding client,employee, employer when applying for H1B itself or only he sends after employee’s application get picked in CAP Lottery. What will employer send to USCIS after employee is been picked in CAP Lottery?

What happens to petition when employee changes to different client before petition gets approved but still works for same employer/company.

is it necessary that employee has to work for same client till his petition gets approved? or if client remains with employer is fine?

Usually employers send all the documents related to the petition when filing the petition so as to minimize chances of RFE.
