Hi,
I came to USA on H4 visa and applied H1B in April 2015 and got approval of H1B in nov 2015 valid till 2018 and my payroll is running ,meanwhile my spouse employer applied for 1st h4 extension and got approved, valid till sep 2016 and by mistake they applied for 2nd extension now its under process.
now my question is what will be my visa status and as i was planning to change my status from h1b to h4 will it be right to do or is my status already changed to H4? for overall scenario what should i do? plz suggest best solution for it.
