As of this date, I still have not received any H1-B update. My SEVIS hasn’t changed yet. Is there any possibility of receiving a receipt this late? I applied under the Master’s cap and regular processing.

As the data entry is complete now, You have up to 2 weeks to hear anything , if you have filed in regular processing. After that chances are very slim…You may read H1B Lottery Results Info, to get an idea of timelines.
