Hello, I’m in the US on an L1 visa and my family is in Hyderabad(India).
Can I get an exception under NIE so that my family will be able to in July as my children’s school will be reopening in a month?
My family has an valid L2 visa and is stamped.
If so, what is the format and how to proceed?

I dont think they will qualify for NIE. They can travel to 3rd country and spend 14 days before they can travel to the US or will have to wait till ban is lifted. Please go through the below link for more details.
