Hello,
Recently i changed my employer and H1 transfer is still in progress.Since the new employer is doing it in normal it may take 6 months to get it approved.My spouse went to india 1 month back and now she is planning to travel back to US.My H1 Visa,H4 Visa and I94 is valid till 2017 June.In this scenario will my spouse can travel to US.
Or Need to wait for my I797 to get apporve with new employer. Please help.
