denied of H1b for not responding to RFE

Hi Saurav and all,

I got my H1b denied with the state that my position does not qualified as speciality occupation. According to USCIS, they sent two RFE- one for employer- employee relationship and second for clarifying that my position fall under speciality occupation. But my attorney said that he only got one RFE for employer- employee relationship and he responded back for that RFE. He didn’t get any RFE for my position not qualified as speciality occupation.

My attorney has filed a motion to reopen my case. Is there any chance of getting approval for my case?

Get The WAC/EAC number from Lawyer and check…no body can predict MTR.

I got my WAC number and it is showing INITIAL REVIEW status. Any idea how long will it take for decision for MTR case?
