Degree Certificate or Transcript for B.TECH ? which is better?

Hi,

I am in the process of submitting documents for H1B visa petition.

My highest qualification is B. TECH from a University in my native place.

I have the B.TECH degree certificate and all 4 years mark-sheet. Do i need the transcript as well for H1B or its not needed?

Please suggest, since the time taken to get the transcript might be more than desired.

Will it affect my h1b process if i don’t have teh board transcript, also i have heard it is sealed, so do i have to send the original or photocopy

not really the transcript is required. in case if you have that keep else not required. Its not at all going to affect the process.
