	[b]but its on "DECISION", but as per normal approval status it should updated to "POST DECISION ACTIVITY" . Whats the chances of deniel of my case ??[/b]

It doesn’t matter. Your petition has been approved and the approval notice will soon be sent out to the employer. If they don’t receive it within 30 days, they should contact USCIS.
