Currently working for company A on L1B Visa with I94 valid till September 2015. I filed H1B with Company B april 2014 and got picked in lottery and the status shows Initial Review…is it fine to continue working with L1 employer even after getting my H1? or is it mandatory to work with H1 employer starting from 1st October 2014?? Please advise.
Not mandatory. It’s your choice but make sure your H1B company doesn’t revoke your petition if you want to change job at later stage.
