Hi forum members,
i am here on H4 visa and planning to work under H1B visa initiated in 2014 cycle. It got picked in lottery and is pending initial review.
i am planning to visit India in August and come back on Sep 7. My question is do I have to enter with new H1stamped on my passport or I can enter under Existing H4.
I would prefer entering on H4 if possible. Please help.
