Hi,
I am currently on H4 visa and my spouse is working in US on H1B. I am based out of India and have completed 1 year employment with my company. My company is ready to file L1A.
However, in the past 1 year i had made 2 short duration personal trips of 3 weeks (paid leaves) each to visit my family in US.
Does these short travels impacts the L1 filing w.r.t 1 year continuity of job in India?
