My employer is applying new H1b filing for me, so i have a question that what will be the preferred US consulate for me, as my home country is Macau? also as am in US, cant i write US specifically?
Why are you not applying w/ COS? That way, you are not required to go for stamping immediately and can continue to work inside US on H-1.
Even if you mention consulate as your home country, you can go to a different consulate later (like in Canada or Mexico).
I am applying with COS…just wanted to know as an option what to mention
