Currently in US on Visitor visa want to change to H1 visa 2014??

Hi, I travelled US on Dec 10th 2013, now want to apply for H1 visa 2014 quota , pls suggest the procedure n proper guideline n documents . Is one of our friend, who is proprietor of motels here, he want to take the sponsorship, so is it valid n strong reason to apply for H1?? N how to apply n where to apply pls guide

h1 is a skilled occupation visa…u need to have 4 years bachelor and min 3 yrs experience…check with lawyer

If ur degree/study fits that job, U can go ahead…

Employer, Job, Degree and relevant docs matter a lot..

Compare your qualification and your experience with your your sponsor so that you can understand, If you have all the required qualifications then you can apply, but you have to return on or before june10th so you have to attend for visainterview there you have to submit all the documents like clint letter.

I am sure this is a stressful time for the applicant as B-1 to H-1B transition is a major change. A specific job opportunity has to exist to fit the qualifications of the applicant for which a comparable US candidate may not be entirely suitable, for example, guest services of internationally diverse nature. The application will be examined for merit but as long as it meets all the checkpoints, a possibility of success exists.

I checked the link so accordingly I hv my beachlors degree in commerce and I hv the experience also for the field where I want the job, as I mentioned one of my is offering job in his motel n I hv d experience also so pls advise me any good lawyer or any contactable person in US to help me for the process
