Current processing time for new I-140 approvals

Hi , i want to check if the processing time differs for based on applicant whose spouse I-140 approval dates are different.

so if my spouse have approved i-140 5 years back gets processed faster then if have if i-140 approved was approved this year ?

Your spouse’s I-140 processing time doesn’t impact your own I-140 processing time. You should go to USCIS site, and look at the I-140 processing times for your processing center. That is what will determine the timeframe of your I-140.
