Current h1b transfer in RFE, can I do new H1b transfer?

My case: I came in US on h1b in March 2017 for Employer A, which is till not revoked. Joined Employer B (Currently working here) in October 2017 and current status for h1b transfer is in RFE. Now I am thinking to change to Employer C, who will again do my H1b transfer. My questions:

  1. will there be any problem if employer C files for new h1b transfer as my current h1b with Employer B is in RFE.

  2. Will employer C file of new petition for transfer, irrespective of current RFE status?

  3. Do i have to clear the current RFE and then apply for h1b transfer with Employer C?
