Current Company shutdown!

Hi,

I currently work in a startup in India but it has been shut down few days back. My company in USA(not this startup) has applied for h1b.

Question: Should I write about this startup which got shutdown in my previous employment(DS-160 form)?

I am planning not to write about it as I just worked for 4 months without pay.

  • You could have written about it if you have all the docs. But since you have no pay then the tax docs will be unclear. If you have at least employment docs you can still write about this.

  • Who works for 4 months without pay!! Who was your employer? I have never heard this before.
