Hi experts,
could you please help with my situtation below.
my h1b is approved the company A and currently im working for company B in india.
now company A is telling me to submit ds 160 form with current company as company B and filing company as company A.
will this work when i go for stamping? as im directly joining company A in US only.(company A is having branch in india)
