CPT + On campus job total hours?

Hi all,
I have a question on CPT and working on campus.

What is the total number of hours permissible to work on campus + CPT at the same time.

So if I do 5 hours a week on campus - can I work for 40 hours off campus?

I think the total must be 40hrs…

Just check with your university International office, as they will be the one who might catch you if you are breaking any F1 rules.
