Counselor Processing

Hello,

My priority date is 12/14/2014 my 140 is approved, but I have left US and left the employer.

My question is now, can I work to reapply for GC through a counselor processing from Canada ?

I made the terrible mistake to leave the employer at wrong time

Please guide :pray: ,

Talk to your employer and check if they did withdraw the I-140, if not ask them if they can file AOS and stl have the GC job.
If above is not possible, you will need to find A new GC employer.
