My H4 dependents are travelling to US in the next week and currently my H1B extension and amendment are in progress. I haven’t received any Receipt Notice yet. They have the valid visa till Sep 30, 2017. Will this create any problem during port of entry. Could you please suggest me as soon as possible.
They should not have any problem coming in, as your current visa is valid till Sep 30 2017.
