Hi Expert,
I am in very strange condition. I got L1B Visa stamped till Oct 2020 and H1B was filled in 2016 Cap and got approval notice in May 2017 with same employer. I have traveled to USA @ 20 OCt 2017 with L1B Visa with I94 valid till 2020, as I had not received H1B approval notice till that time and status still not updated on myusics side.
I am planning to back to INdia for 2 weeks in Mid Jan. What should I do now, should I go back to India and do H1B stamping.
Please provide your valuable input. Thanks In Advance.
