Hi,
I came to US on H4 Visa, since I already had an approved petition ( got 221g that time ) I applied for COS here. After the status changed to H1, I could immediately start working and It’s been almost 2 months now.
I had a family emergency last night, and I have to go back to India in next few days. So, when I come back from my home town I need my VISA stamped.
My questions is :
Since I just have 2 months pay stubs, are my chances of getting the Stamp done low? What are the things consulate look for when you have this type of situation.
I am currently working as a consultant for a renowned financial company here in US.
Please advice.
