My wife recently got laid off and her last working day was on Feb 20, 2026. We are planning to file her COS to H4EAD. Wanted to check if anyone has recently got their COS approved.
COS to H4, not H4 EAD. moving to H4 Status is standard process and can take few months. H4 EAD can take even longer with the current timelines.
