H1B stamping in few weeks but if some body travels USA in last 2 months for urgent business need ,will that impact stamping of H1. What kind of questions get asked if there is consecutive USA travel . is there any concept of colling period in H1B stamping and travel on B1 prior to that
Frequent B-1 travels or stays close to 5-6 months on B-1 can result in additional questions at the consulate, irrespective of visa category you appear for. So there is no cooling period required, but you may be asked about frequent visits and long stays (if any). They want to ascertain that B-1 is not used for any productive work.
I got my H1 Stamped , luckily no question was asked.
