Hello guys,
My current H-1B’s 6 year term is gonna expire in June of this year. My employer has started my Green Card process in January of this year. I want to convert to F-1 status and pursue an MBA degree while I continue to work. Can anyone let me know what are the chances of approval of my F-1 Visa status at the consulate when I go for the F-1 visa stamp?
Has anyone done this previously and if yes could you let me know your experience at the Consulate?
